Does Sideways Vinyl have a minimum order?
We can do anything from a single sticker to bulk jobs. We offer discounts for bulk orders.
What vinyl colors do you offer?
Our vendors offer many different vinyl colors. Check out our blog post for current stock or email us directly at ahartman@sidewaysvinyl.com with any specific color requests.
How do I place an order?
The best way to place an order is via email where we have everything in writing. We need the size in inches/feet, color(s), quantity, and logo file perferable in EPS format. Please expand all fonts to ensure no changes. Email ahartman@sidewaysvinyl.com or visit the quotes/contact page.
How long does the order process take?
Once payment is received, orders generally take 2-5 business days depending on stock. Simple or small jobs may be finished in 1-2 days.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer Adobe Illustrator EPS or AI vector files. Will also accept PSD files 300 DPI and larger. Each color must be separated on it’s own layer. All fonts should be converted to outlines so they will import with no changes. A $30 art fee may be charged for files that are not cut-ready and must be altered. File formats that may fit under that category are jpeg/jpg, bitmaps, tiff, and PDFs. Have any questions? Email ahartman@sidewaysvinyl.com
Where are you located?
We are an internet business located in Spring, TX. All orders are placed online and shipped to your location. Local deliveries and pickups are available depnding on area. Email ahartman@sidewaysvinyl.com for any questions.
